Some flinty lees complexities emerge in the glass. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is finely presented with lively, lifted white and yellow stonefruit flavours, pear notes and florals, along with refreshing and crisp acidity. The acidity lends a zesty and bright mouthfeel and the wine follows a light, textured thread and line. The wine is carried by the acidity to a fresh, firm, lingering finish with subtle white stonefruit flavours. This is a crisp, racy, dry Pinot Gris with white stonefruit flavours.
